PXI-LCR measurement device bundle - Package with 5 slots, up to 500 [kHz], up to 10 [V] - The PXIe-LCR5101 bundle includes the PXI chassis PXIe-1083 with 5 slots and the PXI-LCR measurement device PXIe-4190. The PXIe-4190 is an inductance, capacitance and resistance (LCR) meter with class fF capacitance measurements and a precision SMU (Source Measure Unit) with class [fA] current measurements, allowing you to measure and test the LCR of electronic devices. The PXIe-4190 can be used in CV/IV (capacitance-voltage-current-voltage) test systems for semiconductor applications and is supported by the NI-DCPower device driver, which includes APIs for LabVIEW, C, C# .NET, Python and other programming languages. The included chassis has all hybrid connections, 58 [W] power supply and cooling and an integrated Thunderbolt™ 3 MXI Express controller. In addition, the PXIe-LCR5101 bundle includes a D-SUB to BNC cable and a Thunderbolt cable. Thunderbolt is a trademark of Intel Corporation or its subsidiaries in the US and/or other countries.
