Product Description
PXI-LCR measurement device bundle with 5 slots, up to 2 [MHz], up to 40 [V] - The PXIe-LCR5100 bundle contains the PXI chassis PXIe-1083 with 5 slots and the PXI-LCR measurement device PXIe-4190. The PXIe-4190 is an inductance, capacitance and resistance (LCR) meter with class fF capacitance measurements and a precision SMU (Source Measure Unit) with class [fA] current measurements, allowing you to measure and test the LCR of electronic devices. The PXIe-4190 can be used in CV/IV (capacitance-voltage-current-voltage) test systems for semiconductor applications and is supported by the NI-DCPower device driver, which includes APIs for LabVIEW, C, C# .NET, Python and other programming languages. The supplied chassis has all hybrid connectors, 58 [W] power and cooling and an integrated Thunderbolt™ 3 MXI Express controller. In addition, the PXIe-LCR5100 bundle includes a D-SUB to BNC cable, a Thunderbolt cable and a power cable.
