GPIB (Ethernet) meter control device - The GPIB-ENET/1000 IEEE 488 controller module is suitable for computers with an Ethernet port and can also be used when multiple networked users need to access a single GPIB system or when multiple test systems need to be controlled from a single networked host computer. The GPIB-ENET/1000 module provides a password-protected web interface for easy configuration; it also allows control of IEEE-488 devices from any point on an Ethernet-based (LAN) TCP/IP network (Gigabit, 100BASE-TX, 10BASE-T); each device allows connection to and access of 14 GPIB devices from different network hosts. One computer can control up to 100 GPIB-ENET/1000 interfaces and the device includes a licence for the NI-488.2 driver software, ensuring maximum reliability when connecting to third-party measuring devices with GPIB.
